Special vinyl reissues of Rattus and Heroes

To coincide with the upcoming March On tour and Record Store Day 2015, The Stranglers are pleased to reveal that they will be releasing limited edition re-mastered vinyl reissues of both of the band’s 1977 albums Rattus Norvegicus and No More Heroes. The intital pressing will be strictly limited to 500 individually numbered copies on heavyweight 180g vinyl housed in original inner sleeves. In addition, each limited album set will also include a reproduction of the SIS lyric sheet and a reprint of the original album promo poster (nearly 2′ in height). As with initial copies of the original album in ’77, the Rattus set will even contain a repress of the Choosey Susie/Peasant In The Big Shitty (live) freebie single in its orange sleeve.Rattus Norvegicus & No More Heroes pack shots

Both reissues are available exclusively from Townsend Music and can be pre-ordered now-Rattus Norvegicus  here and No More Heroes here. Orders are expected to be despatched towards the end of April. To whet your appetite even further, other vinyl releases will follow in the future…
