Summer Sessions appearance cancelled

It is with great regret that The Stranglers will not now be appearing on the bill of the Summer Sessions concerts in Dublin on Sunday 6th May.

We have been forced to withdraw from this event due to the failure of the promoter to make the scheduled payments  that were due under the terms of our contract with his company.  Despite our many attempts to contact the promoter, he has now stopped replying to both ours e-mails and  our phone calls so we must regretfully conclude that he has no intention of honouring our agreement with him. Therefore, we will regrettably not be performing at the event.  We have just been informed that The Human League have also cancelled their appearance for the same reasons.

Fans who have bought tickets for this event should contact their point of purchase for a full refund and again we offer our sincere apologies for this turn of events but this is entirely due to events that are beyond our control.
